Hotcoin

Since its launch in 2017, Hotcoin has evolved from a crypto exchange into a global financial superapp spanning trading, yield, credit, and digital custody. This expansion called for a stronger, more unified brand and product foundation.

We partnered with the team to redefine the brand and establish a unified UI design system to support international growth.

Aligning Hotcoin’s global teams required a structured, collaborative process. Through focused workshops and clear decision-making frameworks, we worked closely with product and marketing to ensure the new identity translated consistently across platforms, campaigns, and physical touchpoints.

The result is a flexible brand and UI system that enables Hotcoin’s teams to scale and evolve the product ecosystem over time. Introduced as the company’s first full rebrand in eight years, the new identity lays a strong foundation for recognition, trust, and long-term growth across markets.
