Binance.us is a leading cryptocurrency platform for buying, selling, and trading digital assets. As the platform matured, there was a need for a mobile experience that reflected the strength of the brand while standing apart in a crowded market.

We designed a mobile trading experience centered on clarity, usability, and visual confidence, reinforcing the platform’s capabilities without adding unnecessary complexity.

The team engaged us to rethink their mobile trading experience at a time of rapid growth in the crypto market. Working alongside their design, product, and engineering teams, we set out to create a mobile trading app that felt confident, modern, and unmistakably Binance.us.

The platform needed to support a wide range of users, from newcomers making their first trade to experienced traders managing active portfolios. Creating a clear, flexible experience architecture that could adapt to both ends of this spectrum became a core design challenge.

Getting users started quickly was essential, despite strict regulatory requirements. We unified account creation, identity verification, and first purchase into a single, guided flow, reducing friction while maintaining trust and compliance.

Over a six-month collaboration, the redesign evolved through rapid prototyping, internal alignment, and public beta testing. The result was a refined mobile app that reshaped how users buy, sell, and trade on Binance.us, and a foundational step in their mobile product roadmap.
